Many thanks to those that made it to our 10th year birthday party and Masters of Menu Book Launch. It was a fantastic night shared with some of our industry’s best and brightest stars.
The event was held at the Moores Building in Fremantle (an absolutely fabulous venue for those who have never been) on Tuesday the 30th of August. The event was held to mark our tenth year in the industry, as well as our tenth issue as a hard copy. We also decided to launch our newly finished Masters of Menu Recipe Book at the event - the book features 47 of W.A’s best Chefs and restaurants, with all profits from the book going towards Cystic Fibrosis support and research.
A huge thank you to those that helped, especially Simon and his team at Moore & Moore. Thanks also to Amanda Pereira and Red Tiger events for all the preparation, time and effort that went into this project, your first event was a great success!
Rhett and Paul from Bartenderz were indefatigable and stayed on top of their game, ensuring no-one was thirsty, while the terrific Taste Budds duo (Chefs Sunny De Ocampo and Sophie Budd) kept everyone very well fed! Dave Lazarus played some beautiful music as did the Stunt Musicians - your support was greatly appreciated!
